As part of new feature additions, security enhancements and compliance updates MYOB continuously work on improving Advanced by releasing new versions of the software that all clients are entitled too as part of their software subscription. MYOB will generally release one major update per year as well as three to four minor enhancement/compliance updates throughout the year as needed.
As we want and encourage all clients to take full advantage of all features and enhancements available in newer versions of MYOB Advanced, we understand that upgrades take up our client’s time, internal resource allocation and not all upgrades go as smoothly as they can. As a result, our team at Stratus has been working on a new and improved upgrade process that we continue to refine all the time to help lessen some of the load for our clients and improve their upgrade experience. With our improved upgrade process, we are now able to upgrade between 50-60 clients each month. We are looking forward to working with all of our clients to ensure the upgrade goes as smooth as possible and becomes a great customer experience.
